The guide says that reef sharks, sea turtles and sea lions might also be seen at Sullivan Bay. The journey then goes to Bartolome Island, where you will land on the ground. From the landing point on Bartolome Island, follow the path. Climb 395 steps up to the top of Bartolome Island. At the top of Bartolome Island, you will find a view that shows the whole island and its pinnacle. While you walk on Bartolome Island, you can see lava tunnels that were made by the last eruption. You can also see lava cacti and tiquilla plants, which're native to Bartolome Island. Darwin’s finches are usually found around Bartolome Island. The guide says that volcanic ash made the Pinnacle Rock on Bartolome Island. After you enjoy the view on Bartolome Island, board a zodiac boat. Ride along the coast. On the coast, you might spot a Galapagos penguin. The excursion will finish back at the Itabaca Channel around 5:00 p.m.
